So you’d like to understand to love again even after being scarred from a painful break-up. Getting support from friends and family can oftentimes be the worst place to turn if you desire to heal your soul and open your heart again.

If you are having relationship advice issues because someone in the past had had an affair, it is possible to find love again. A big tearing of trust can feel very cumbersome and have a lot of staying power. Just the same, you do need to look for positive energy and a healthy state of mind before you can move on. I recommend that you be less judgmental of yourself and easy on yourself and keep finding the place of forgiveness and release. You want to attract a relationship with someone you trust and share your heart with utterly, so you should get rid of any lingering negative energy.

Oftentimes it is a worn out tale we tell ourselves and others that has us creating reasons to continue being the way we may live, or justifying our limitations.

Consider the beliefs you have concerning your consciousness. I hope you are analyzing the strong limitations that were installed at a young age; the stories (that manifest as the truth) about you and why you haven’t been successful, why you cannot have what you want, why you are not good enough in the area of relationships or just life in general.

I would suggest you come up with a statement that sums up that shadowy area or illogical belief. I call it an illogical belief since you’ve obviously come through life taking care of yourselves incredibly successfully in a number of ways. You’re experienced in plenty of fields, you strengthen in a few areas and you are down-right brilliant in others. You have high expectations and skills which, on the echelon of the intellect, prove to you that you ARE good enough – in many cases truly stunning.

What was that previous motto, name it your ‘life statement’ that summarizes a tightly held understanding that has nothing to do with your rationality or intellect. Create a new life sentence like an affirmation that helps and empowers you. You can recieve free Relationship Advice for Women After Divorce.
