So you’d like to understand to trust again even after being hurt from a painful break-up. Recieving support from friends and family can sometimes be the worst place to turn if you desire to mend your heart and love again.
If you are struggling with relationship advice issues because someone in the past had been unfaithful, it is possible to love again. A big tearing of trust can feel exceedingly heavy and have a lot of staying power. Just the same, you should find positive energy and a healthy state of mind before you can move on. I recommend that you be less judgmental of yourself and easy on yourself and keep looking for the place of forgiveness and release. You want to create a relationship with someone you trust and share your heart with completely, so you need to clear out any persisting negative vibrations.
Sometimes it is the same story we tell ourselves and others that has us perpetuating excuses, or justifying our inhibiting qualities.
Think about the “truths” you have about yourself. I hope you’re considering the heavy impressions that were created as a child; the tales (that manifest as reality) concerning you and why you have not been successful, why you do not deserve, why you’re not good enough in the subject of love or just life in general.
I would like you to come up with a sentence that sums up that shadow side or illogical belief. I call it an irrational belief because you’ve some how gone through life taking care of yourselves incredibly well in many areas. You’re experienced in many areas, you excel in some areas and you’re down-right brilliant in others. You have increasing expectations and skills that, on the level of the intellect, prove to yourself that you ARE skilled enough – in many places absolutely stunning.
What was that previous motto, call it your ‘life sentence’ that sums up a tightly held belief that has nothing to do with your logic or intelligence. Create a new life statement such as an affirmation that helps and strengthens you. You can recieve free Relationship Advice for Women After Divorce.
