Having your girlfriend breaking up with you is one of the most painful things that may happen to you when you are a young man. It does not get any easier as you get older.Maybe it feels different when you are young and your way of handling it for sure is different but ultimately it’s all the same .If you are going through a heartbreak like this and are devastated because your girlfriend’s breaking up the answer is going to depend on whether the problem is you, her, or somebody else.

The problem is You.

Honestly, therecould just be some things about you that get on her nerves.What is it? What do you do that would cause her to want to leave you? Most likely it is something that you know fully well about.You may think it is something not worth making a fuss about but which, anyway, bothers her quite a great deal.Whatever it is that bothers her, stop it.You have to make a decision as to what is more important.If it is a problem you know about or something that she thinks is a problem, you should at least try to check it out.Take it seriously and try to handle it.

If the problem is Her.

She may be going through something that is getting in your way. There are many possible reasons for this.The best thing that you can do is to try and keep things as normal as possible.While she sorts things out, she will need a little bit of space.Don’t pretend that there is nothing wrong but neither make an issue of it .It could be that you do have to let her go.If she does come back, welcome it.If she doesn’t come back then respect her decision.It may be something temporary so don’t give up faith while you are worrying about your girlfriend breaking up with you.

If it is Someone Else.

It’s sad but there are times when someone else comes into the picture and that’s often the reason for your girlfriend breaking up.There’s really nothing that you can do about it to change things.You can’t force someone to change their minds again.You don’t have to like it but do not make it worse by acting out on any feelings of violence. If you are able to show restraint then you will allow her to realise that maybe she is the one who is making a mistake.The sad truth is, though, that if she can’t be faithful to you then she probably won’t be faithful to anyone else.In that case, you probably don’t need her and you’re better off without her.

There may be some other possible reasons why your girlfriend is breaking up with you, but these three tend to be the most frequent ones.While it may be unbelievably difficult to go through this, when you do, you will come out of this a stronger person.This will definitely help you build up your self-confidence. What will always help you is to have the right perspective when your girlfriend breaking up with you happens.
