Is Saving A Relationship Worth It?
You might never need to get to the stage of asking how to win your ex back. All relationships have rocky patches but if your rocky patch seems to be dragging on for eternity you may be wondering if saving it is really worth it. You may have gone to marriage counseling and sought ways to bring back the love. You might have worked hard only to find that you again start having intimacy problems of some kind. You may have experienced struggles in your dating life. You sought advice from friends and got some good tips but the problems persist. Do want to be asking how to “get back with my ex” in the future?
Pen a list of the people that you like to spend time with. Is your spouse or partner on that list? Do you actually have fun together? Do you ever go out and have fun together? Can the pair of you do just that? Are you happy in their company? For a relationship to be really good you have to enjoy just having your partner around.
Another point to think about when considering saving the relationship is if you feel your spouse understands you. Do you listen to your spouse? When you talk do you feel you are communicating and your spouse gets what you are saying? Work on whehter tihs is the case or not.
When you need comfort, your relationship should be a place you can go to get it. Does this relationship help you feel better when things are going bad for you? Is the relationship something that you constantly need comforted about? Perhaps you are creating a problem by looking for comfort in another place.
