If you think that only men cheat but the truth of the matter is women also cheat. The fact of the matter, cheating is deceptive and adulterous. Unfortunately, both people in the relationship get hurt if one of them cheats. Having someone cheat on you is one of the worst feelings one can expierence. You are being lied to, betrayed, and played. Having a partner who deceives him may be the most terrible experience a man ever goes through. A man hates to think of his girlfriend being with another man, especially when she is lying to him about it. Men would usually deny it even if they suspect that their partner is being unfaithful. Feeling cheated on is a huge blow to their egos.

Eventually, the only option will be to acknowledge your loved one’s betrayal and the option is to let the relationship go, or to try and save it. It could be heartbreaking but that’s reality. And usually reality really hurts. It is important to have hard, irrefutable evidence of your partner’s infidelity before forcing a confrontation. If evidences are avaialbe then your girlfriend will not be able to deny her deceitfulness.

In order to determine if your girlfriend is cheating, you can look for certain signs, some of which are not very accurate. On what basis, you can prove she is not honest with you? Catching her in the act is the best way to determine she has not been faithful. So, how do you catch a cheating girlfriend?

If you already notice signs, accept it. Don’t try to deny the reality that is staring you in the face. There are telling signs that can help you get the facts and catch your girlfriend if she is cheating on you. It will be easy to see the signs once you feel that something is wrong. You should never down play your intuition as they are usually powerful and precise. Try to access her phone records. If you see some strange or unfamiliar numbers, try calling them. If you are able to contact these unknown numbers, listen to the voice of the person to try to determine who they are.

Look over the evidence you have very closely. Be very sure that the proof you have is stong enough to justify the deception of your partner. Once you have plenty of reliable evidence, it’s time to go ahead and confront your girlfriend. Initially, she will deny everything and be defensive when questioned. Eventually she will run out of alibis if you present all the evidence you have. Finally you must decide if you both care enough for each other to work on the relationship. If you think that you can still work out things between the two of you then do so. If there is a chance that things between the two of you can be resolved, then try.
