When The Cheating Spouse Leaves
If you’ve caught your spouse cheating and there was no chance of going back to the way things were, the relationship ended. Once your spouse is gone, though, you may be left wondering where you go from here. What are you supposed to do when the cheating spouse leaves?

This is obviously much tougher if you have children, but you can still remove the physical aspect of them from the house.
Once you clean up your previous life, start making a fresh start. You should never blame yourself or feel depressed. You may be alone suddenly, but you are not alone for life. So do not punish yourself and be available again. Get back to dating and socializing. Not all people are cheaters, so you can settle down again. You only need to find them. May be something even better is awaiting you, someone better than your ex partner. So give yourself a chance and re discover yourself.
Picking up the pieces and moving on is never easy. It’s going to be a lot of hard work, but it has to be done. You have to learn to enjoy your life. If you don’t, you are only going to give your ex the satisfaction of having tainted you forever. Find your own happiness and leave all of the misery behind you. Well, you move on. Sure, that’s a lot easier said than done. A great deal of your life was just spend with this person. They very well could have been the love of your life. You feel terrible from this total sense of loss. How do you move on?
You are naturally going to need to take some time after your relationship ends to move on. Yet, it is important to not shut down when you are supposed to be healing. You need to set yourself up during your downtime so that you can successfully move on. The first step to this is getting your ex out of your house and your life. You should start by getting rid of everything that reminds you of this person. Without this constant reminder in your face, you should be able to begin to move on.
After you heal, it is time to get back out there. You surely don’t want to be alone for the rest of your life and you deserve to be happy. They are the one that screwed up and you should not be punished for that. And now you know what to look for. Whatever you do, don’t rush into anything, take your time and get to know the person. If you see signs that you are unfortunately already familiar with, get out and look for someone else. There are good people out there, you just have to find them. It may take a little while before you trust anyone again, but eventually, that special someone will come out of the woodwork and you will wonder what you were ever doing with the other guy in the first place.
It may seem hard in the beginning about being cheated. But you have to get it going for yourself, everybody deserves to be married and have a family. Nothing is difficult if you try with all your mind. Do not let your past show up in your future. So seek happiness and you will find it.
